Payment

Q: What methods of payment do we accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, federal checks, money orders, and paypal.
     
Q: Is there a fee for using paypal or credit cards?
A: Yes we charge a flat rate fee of 4.5% of your total order.

Returns

Q: Do we have a return policy?
A: Yes we actually have several policies due to the nature of manufacturing:
     Randar Wheels: We do not accept returns on these items,
     only replacements if all the conditions are met, or if it is clear that the product is faulty.

Shipping

Q: Do we ship overseas?
A: Yes we actually do ship overseas, we can ship right to your door,
     or we can ship via cargo which is a slow process that in some cases can take 30+ days,
     but is drastically less expensive.
Q: How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
A: Most products we carry are shipped within 7-10 business days depending on availablility.
     a.) Randar Wheels are made to order. All Randar Wheel purchases can take upwards of 4 weeks JUST
     for manufacturing processes, not including method of shipping. So take this into consideration when ordering.

Q: How long will it take to ship Randar Wheels?
A: All products from Randar Wheels are made to order.
     This is a lengthy process and orders can take upwards of 4 weeks to manufacture.
Q: Are Randar Wheels safe?
A: Yes! All Randar Wheels are up to DOT standards and are legal for use in the United States
     and other countries with similar standards.
Q: Do you we sell mixed sizes? (ie, 2 - 15x5 and 2 - 15x4.5)
A: Yes we do sell mixed sets but only for "Randar Wheels" unless otherwise noted in the product description.
     a.) 2 - 15" x 4.5" add $140.00
     b.) 2 - Reverse offset 15"x5" add $80.00
Q: If I commit to a purchase of a Randar Wheels products and then change my mind will I get a full refund?
A: You will only recieve a full refund if your order has not been started?
     There are exceptions to this so please contact us and tell us your situation.
* We reserve the right to withold up to 10% of the refund price on orders cancelled within 4 weeks of purchase.
Q: Will these wheels fit on my car?
A: Randar Wheels only fit vehicles with stock type one transaxle lengths.
      (Example: BUS OWNERS would need to be running stock sized type one transaxles.)
* We do not offer refunds for purchases made soley because they will not fit.
